| Paper Titleभारतीय संविधान: मौलिक अधिकारों और निर्देशक सिद्धांतों का विश्लेषणAbstractपेपर का उद्देश्य भारत के संविधान पर अंतर्दृष्टि है जो स्वतंत्रता, समानता, बंधुत्व और न्याय के सिद्धांतों पर आधारित है। उद्देश्य की प्राप्ति के लिए हमने संविधान के प्रावधानों से जुड़ी सभी पत्रिकाओं और पुस्तकों का संक्षिप्त अध्ययन किया है, जो मानवीय गरिमा के प्रति सम्मान, समानता के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता और गैर-भेदभाव और समाज में कमजोर वर्ग के लिए चिंता प्रकट करती हैं। इसके अलावा, संविधान सरकार के लिए स्वतंत्रता की रक्षा और बढ़ावा देना और प्रत्येक नागरिक को एक सभ्य जीवन स्तर सुनिश्चित करना अनिवार्य बनाता है। दूसरे शब्दों में, भारतीय संविधान भारत के प्रत्येक नागरिक को बुनियादी मानवाधिकारों की गारंटी देता है। यह पत्र भारत के सामान्य संवैधानिक कानूनों और भारत के संविधान में किए गए संशोधनों से संबंधित है। कागज के लिए योजनाओं के बारे में भी पता चलता है
उपर्युक्त लक्ष्यों की प्राप्ति संविधान के भाग III और भाग IV में निहित मौलिक अधिकारों में निहित है। स्वतंत्रता का अधिकार, शोषण के खिलाफ अधिकार, धर्म की स्वतंत्रता का अधिकार, सांस्कृतिक और शैक्षिक अधिकार, संवैधानिक उपचारों का अधिकार और कुछ वर्गों से संबंधित विशेष प्रावधान मानवाधिकारों को सुनिश्चित करने वाले कुछ संवैधानिक प्रावधान हैं।

Our country had a joint family system from the beginning and that was one of the biggest forms of social security as the society had some resources for their utilization. The term Social System was not in existence initially. The society members had a sense of shared responsibility because of their sense of relations with others. This was informal in nature and did not have any system for this. A human being expects basic needs of life as per his needs. After having some satisfaction, the need of governance of management of resources and geographical boundaries was brought in existence. Thus the concept of religion, government, state, Country was formed by society.

| Paper TitleEVIDENCE FROM INDIA ON THE RELATION BETWEEN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND FINANCIAL OUTCOMESAbstractThe goal of this article is to clarify the connection between CSR and a company\'s financial success using three organizational variables: return on capital employed, net profits, and net sales. It is made up of secondary panel data.
The method used to investigate how CSR activities affect a company\'s financial performance is panel data analysis. The results demonstrate that CSR has a beneficial influence on the financial performance and has a statistically significant association with Net Profits and Net Sales.
The research also claims that there is a connection between CSR and Return on Capital Employed; however this connection is not statistically significant, therefore the effect would not be considerable. The analysis unequivocally demonstrates the value of CSR, and any prospective investor may use this information to evaluate the top 25 businesses and make investment choices. In order to provide a viewpoint on how CSR affects the various organizational characteristics, this study would be helpful.

| Paper TitleANALYSIS OF COINAGE FROM THE GUPTA PERIOD WHILE REVIEWING INDIAN HISTORYAbstractAccording to the Oxford English Dictionary, a coin is a piece of metal (gold, silver, copper, etc.) having a set weight and value that is converted into currency by being imprinted with a legally recognized device. Coins are typically circular discs. Most ancient civilizations throughout the globe have their histories mostly based on their coinage, and in the case of Indian history, the Kushana and Gupta empires did as well. It is simpler to recreate the social, political, and economic history of the Gupta rulers based on the study of their iconography since their currency hoard was the largest ever discovered. The Gupta coins also provide light on the theological transformations that occurred inside the Gupta culture as well as the rulers of this time. This article examines four of these coins and makes an effort to explain what is shown in their inscriptions and iconography, as well as possible uses for the coins beyond than serving as a medium of commerce and a unit of measurement for value. The public\'s trust is essential to effective public administration. The public becomes cynical as a result of unethical public servant behavior and performance, which harms the leaders\' and public servants\' reputations. The moral foundation depends on standards which components such correspondence, observation, and endorsing frameworks which help in anticipation of the exploitative lead. The difficulties and ethical dilemmas of public administration are the focus of the paper. It looks at how unethical actions like dishonesty, fraud, bribery, nepotism, conflicts of interest, and embezzlement of public funds are dealt with.
