| Paper TitleMEDICINAL HERBS EXISTENCE IN THE USAGE OF POLYHERBAL FORMULATION - A REVIEWAbstractMoreover, The influence of geographical and seasonal changes on the chemical content of polyherbal medication is also compared in this study. HPTLC marker based fingerprinting analysis, with Gymnemic acid, Gallic acid, Mahanine and Quercetin were conducted Further this Polyherbal formulations evaluated for various in vitro and in vivo methods. They were analyzed for, in vitro anti-oxidant (Nitric oxide and DPPH), anti-diabetic (α-Amylase inhibitory activity), antilipidemic (HMG Co A reductase inhibition assay, cholesterol enzymatic endpoint method) anti-obesity (Oil Red O staining method) and in vitro cytotoxicity by MTT assay. The formulation exhibiting prominent anti-oxidant as well as antilipidemic activity was selected for the in-vivo evaluation. The in vivo antilipidemic activity was done by Diet-induced hyperlipidemia model. The selected final formulation was subjected for the RPHPLC quantification method using biomarkers and stability studies. KEYWORDS : Polyhedral formulation, Standardization, Hyperlipidaemia.

| Paper TitleSURVEYING THE SYNTHESIS FOR ANTIFUNGAL ACTIVITIES AND BIOACTIVE COMPOUNDSAbstractTo investigate new antifungal specialists for rice impact control, the antifungal action of a progression of novel 1,2,4-triazole subordinates against Magnaporthe oryzae has been assessed. A couple five membered ring systems, e.g., triazole, oxadiazole dithiazole and thiadiazole with three heteroatoms at even or unbalanced positions have been considered because of their captivating pharmacological properties. In this article our emphasis is on fabricated improvement and pharmacological development of the triazole moiety which show an extensive variety of pharmacological activity, for instance, antifungal, antibacterial, moderating and anticancer, etc. Triazoles have extended our ability to treat various infectious pollutions, for example, candidiasis, cryptococcal meningitis, aspergillosis, etc. Regardless, mortality on account of these pollutions even with antifungal treatment is still inadmissibly high. Subsequently, the improvement of new antifungal experts zeroing in on unambiguous parasitic plans or works is all around actually pursued.
KEYWORDS : Antifungal; aspergillosis, cryptococcal meningitis; triazole.

| Paper TitleFORMULATION AND EVALUATION OF EFFERVECENT FLOATING TABLET OF VORICANAZOLEAbstractThe objective of the present study is formulate and evaluate of floating tablet of Voriconazole, which would remain in stomach and upper part of GIT for prolonged period of time. The floating tablets of Voriconazole were prepared by direct compression using Carbopol 971P, Ethyl cellulose and Sodium carboxy methylcellulose polymers as a swelling agent. Sodium bicarbonate was used as a floating effervescent agent. FT-IR spectral studies revealed that the drug and polymer used were compatible. The tablets were formulated by taking various concentrations of polymers as a release retarding agents. The formulations were evaluated for various physical parameters, floating lag time and In-vitro drug release etc. From the results obtained, Formulation V3 gives desirable sustained effect for 12 hours having 99.36% drug release at the end of the 12 hours. Formulation V3 contain Carbopol 971P on response parameters. All Nine formulations showed satisfactory results for Floating lag time, Total floating time. KEYWORDS : Voriconazole, Carbopol 971P, Ethyl cellulose, Sodium carboxy methylcellulose and Floating tablets.
