As thousands of people work from home across Canada to prevent the spread of COVID-19, one expert says work-life balance is vital to ensuring well-being. Individuals that create and maintain boundaries between work and family have increased work-life balance. They have improved performance within each of the work and family activities as well as fewer distractions and disruptions when they’re performing those duties.

FACTORS INFLUENCING CAREER CONTINUUM OF IT EMPLOYEES

Abstract

This article focuses on identifying the various forces that influences the software employees’ career decisions in the career continuum. The questionnaire designed by the researcher consists of 42 items under the variable Career Continuum and found out 8 factors. Among all factors, Career Awareness and Networking( 25%) is playing major role in assessing Career Continuum, Technical Advancement (10%) is second major factor and career Development(9%) is third major factor. Education, Compensation, Stress are factors with less influence on Career Continuum.

AWARENESS AND BEHAVIORAL INTENTION OF MOBILE BANKING APPS DURING OFFLINE SHOPPING

Abstract

The factors influencing mobile banking app usage during offline shopping had been assessed in this research work. An empirical investigation had been made (N = 160) with a measurement model through multiple regression analysis. The past experience had been considered as mediating variable so that the research gap is fulfilled in this area. Many studies have been conducted with technology acceptance model but none of them have used past experience as mediating variable. In this research it is found that past experience does not mediating effect between consumer attitude and behavioral intention during offline shopping. This study is helpful for information technology and marketing professional in banking sector.

CUSTOMER CHURN PREDICTION USING MACHINE LEARNING: MAIN APPROACHES AND MODELS

Abstract

Customer retention is one of the primary growth pillars for products with a subscription-based business model. Competition is tough in the SaaS market where customers are free to choose from plenty of providers even within one product category. Several bad experiences - or even one - and a customer may quit. And if droves of unsatisfied customers churn at a clip, both material losses and damage to reputation would be enormous. Experts and consultants for SaaS companies handle the problem of Customer Churn with Predictive Modeling using Machine Learning. Businesses can discover approaches and best practices for solving this problem. For this purpose, it would be ideal to discuss collecting data about client relationship with a brand, characteristics of customer behavior that correlate the most with churn, and explore the logic behind selecting the best-performing Machine Learning models
