Integrating ethical concepts into policies, procedures, and day-to-day operations is the primary responsibility of human resources. HR assists staff members in comprehending and adhering to accepted norms of behavior by creating explicit codes of conduct, offering frequent ethics training, and setting up clear reporting procedures.
