Abstract

Sustainable, in easy language the thing is socio-economically and environmentally friendly or it is define as clothing, accessories and shoes that are marketed, manufactured, and used in the more sustainable etiquette possible, taking into account both socio-economic and environmental aspects. This signify the continuous work to improve all phases of the product’s storage, transport, life cycle, from design, raw material production, marketing, manufacturing, and final sale, to use, reuse, remake, repair, and recycling of the product and product components. Green sheen is the practice of making an misleading or clean claim about the environmental welfare of a company product, service, technology or company practice or product, service, technology. It is also known -green wash, it is a form of rotation which green marketing is trickily used to advertise or forward the big idea that an organization’s products, so that their policies or aims are environmentally friendly. TERRITORIAL REORGANIZATION OF HYDERABAD STATE UNDER NIZAMS-1724 CE TO 1948 CE (REASONS AND IMPACT)

Abstract

This paper tries to study the changes that occurred in the territorial organization and reorganization of the Hyderabad State under the rule of Nizams from 1724 CE to 1948 CE. The foundation of Asaf Jahi dynasty in 1724 CE has reshaped the history of Deccan. The Mughal subah of Deccan, now emerged as the center of south politics, constantly engaging in war with the Marathas, Mysore, and Arcot. The Nizam signing treaty of subsidiary alliance in 1789 had a great impact on the region. The demand of the British and maintenance of subsidiary alliance forces was a reason for the change in the territorial reorganization of the Hyderabad state. Later, the famous Diwan of Nizams Salar Jung- I reforms brought more changes in the territory\'s reorganization. These reorganizations had an impact on the revenue generation, land tenure systems, Agriculture, and socio-economic conditions of the region. In this paper, the factors for reorganizing at every stage and their impact will be studied.

In the context of workforce diversity, HR Managers need to raise certain key questions and seek meaningful answers. Some of the important questions that need to be addressed are as follows: (i) How does diversity come into play in the context of a workplace? (ii) What do workplace leaders need to do to understand Diversity and Inclusion? (iii) What are the workplace Diversity and Inclusion mandate? (iv) How can workplaces know when to create appropriate Diversity and Inclusion interventions in the workplace? (v) Do Diversity and Inclusion mandates change for different workplaces, say for instance, Different for startups, mid-size, enterprises, etc.? (vi) Can Diversity and Inclusion be measured or derived through data? and (vii) What will the Diversity and Inclusion Pulse do for organizations? In order to be able to suggest a set of guidelines to the practicing HR Managers, we need to have empirical evidence that supports them. REVIEW OF MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS HUMAN RESOURCE INTEGRATION LITERATURE

Abstract

Purpose – The goal of this study is to bring the research literature pertinent to the HR integration process up to date by using the process perspective method to post-M&A (mergers and acquisitions) integration studies with an emphasis on human resource function. Design/methodology/approach – To the author\'s best knowledge, this interface\'s limited systematic literature review and research have already been published. Findings – Therefore, by presenting a distinct framework for HR integration in cross-border post-acquisitions and examining both the content and process of HR integration, this conceptual study filled in the research gap. This study makes a theoretical contribution to ongoing research on the HR integration process. Originality/value – It fills a research need, provides outlets for M&A academics to explore HR issues from an integrated process viewpoint, and encourages them to regard HR as a strategic partner in M&As. This method supports socialized reviews and offers a process-based viewpoint on how to interconnect disparate themes. It helps to create a concurrent research agenda and offers a clear process perspective, both of which might direct future study in the topic.

Economic growth may cause population shift in rural India via many methods, according to study. When rural populations have better infrastructure, jobs, education, and healthcare, fertility rates drop, out-migration rises, and urbanization occurs. Economic growth may also attract job-seekers and improvers. Population change does not cause economic growth. Researchers say cultural norms, social networks, government laws, and regional variables affect this link. These characteristics commonly affect rural economic development and demographic shifts. These results underscore the need of comprehensive rural development strategies. Economic growth strategies should support infrastructure, healthcare, social welfare, and education investments. Uplifting women, expanding family planning facilities, and addressing regional inequalities can assist rural India attain sustainable population outcomes.

STUDY ON FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE INFLUENCED BY CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Abstract

This research examines the impact of CSR on a company\'s financial success using data from the largest study ever conducted on corporate reputation in the world—the top most corporations. According to annual reports of businesses from the previous several years, corporate social responsibility is calculated as the total of environmental costs and donations. This study\'s findings show that CSR has a significant effect on businesses\' financial success. Additionally, this study demonstrates that whereas Nestle Indian Ltd. did not demonstrate a significant link, ITC Ltd. did. Therefore, it may be inferred from this article that there may not be a substantial relationship between corporate social responsibility spending and firms\' profit after tax.
