| Paper TitleCHARACTERIZATION OF MULTIDRUG RESISTANT MTB IN HYBRIDIZATION AND MUTATIONAbstractTuberculosis is one of the major public health problems, particularly in developing countries (TB). India accounts for one-fifth of the global TB burden in terms of the total number of incident cases that occur each year. Multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB), which is characterized by resistance to the two most potent antituberculosis drugs, isoniazid and rifampicin, has made TB control more challenging (RMPR). India is the country with the second-highest population in the world. The country with the highest new TB cases each year is India (TB India, 2016). India contributed for 2.0–2.5 million cases, or 26% of all cases worldwide, of the anticipated 8.8 million cases in 2010. It is estimated that the TB bacillus is present in around 40% of Indians. Measures of the global TB burden according to the 2019 WHO report (rates per million persons). TB has existed for a very long period. Surprisingly, poor tuberculosis control management and a lack of fundamental knowledge might result in the development of MDR-TB and XDR-TB. Regular updates on the prevalence of drug-resistant TB and tuberculosis in general in the nation are required to guarantee that the national treatment plan for TB is successful. Given the vastness of the nation, it is conceptually challenging to survey the various geographic and environmental conditions at the national level. Resistance to different medications is the biggest threat posed by M. tuberculosis. This study is conducted to determine the prevalence of TB and multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. This study aims to analyze the genes associated with MDR-TB and to pinpoint the mutations associated with pathogenic MDR-TB strains. KEYWORDS : MDR-TB, XDR-TB, Drugs

| Paper TitleA REVIEW ANALYSIS OF THE TREATMENT OF SERIOUS INFECTIONS OF THE SKIN AND SOFT TISSUESAbstractIntensive care, source control, and broad-spectrum antibiotics are necessary during the first stage of disease for severe SSTIs. Rapid diagnostic tests are being used more often to aid in the selection and de-escalation of antibiotics for SSTIs. Additionally, clinical prediction scores have shown potential in identifying individuals who don\'t need antibiotics that fight methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. Immune state has been shown to have a significant impact on certain forms of SSTIs, but not all. In the most current literature, the argument over the advantages of intravenous immunoglobulin is still being fought. Due to geographical differences in the most prevalent infections, patterns of antibiotic resistance, and host immune responses, severe SSTIs are frequent and their treatment is complicated. The role of surgical consultation and source control, among other particular features of treatment for severe SSTIs, are covered. Also reported are the distinctive characteristics of SSTIs in immune compromised hosts. KEYWORDS : Gas gangrene; necrotizing fasciitis; severe skin and soft tissue infections

| Paper TitleREVIEWING SEVERAL STRATEGIES TO INCREASE THE SUCCESS OF DRUG RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVESAbstractNew therapeutic drugs have become more expensive and time-consuming during the last 30 years. Despite pharmaceutical companies spending in research facilities and scientific tools, efforts to increase compound flow along the drug development pipeline have mainly failed.
Non-systematic literature research identified pharmaceutical R&D success methods. The review discusses genomes and proteomics, medication repurposing and repositioning, collaborative research, underdeveloped therapeutic domains, outsourcing strategy, pharmaceutical modeling, and artificial intelligence. This method yielded the following medications. Genomics and proteomics have found numerous therapeutic targets and improved target identification and validation, reducing efficacy-related drug attrition. Phenotypic and target-based screening systems may allow serendipitous and rational drug discovery. Sharing resources and ideas decreases early drug development overhead expenses. Innovative drug targets in neglected therapeutic areas are encouraged by drug regulators.
Contract research organizations let pharma businesses focus on their strengths while outsourcing. Current and novel pharmacological modeling and artificial intelligence software and technologies allow in silico computation for more efficient computer-aided drug creation. These strategies may enhance pharmaceutical research and innovation if utilized wisely.

| Paper TitleREVIEW ON INDIA\'S MINOR FRUIT CROP MICROPROPAGATIONAbstractIn vitro plant multiplication in a short period of time utilizing any plant component (nodes, leaves, flowers, seeds, etc.) under aseptic circumstances is referred to as micro-propagation. As comparison to vegetative propagation, it is better for horticultural purposes. It is a tried-and-tested strategy for producing excess quantities of superior, identical plants in a controlled environment that are uniform, stable, free of disease, true to type, and unconstrained by seasonal constraints. Indian gooseberry (Emblica officinalis Gaertn.), Karonda (Carissa carandas L.), Bael (Aegle marmelos Corr.), Jamun (Syzygium cuminii L.), and Jackfruit (Artocarpus hetrophylous L.) are just a few of the notable but minor fruit crops native to India that have high nutritional, medicinal, and therapeutic values as well as significant commercial significance (medicinal, food and cosmetics). The commercial production procedure for these crops is constrained due to a lack of acceptable planting materials. The number of novel cultivars or genotypes of these fruit crops might be greatly increased with micropropagation. This review study\'s goal is to synthesize the body of knowledge about the micropropagation of these neglected fruit crops.
