आधुनिक शिक्षा प्रणाली में आध्यात्मिकता और शिक्षक दृष्टिकोण का तुलनात्मक अध्ययन

Abstract

प्रस्तुत अध्ययन में आधुनिक शिक्षा प्रणाली में आध्यात्मिकता के समावेशन तथा शिक्षक के दृष्टिकोण का तुलनात्मक विश्लेषण किया गया है। अध्ययन का उद्देश्य यह समझना है कि किस प्रकार आध्यात्मिक मूल्यों को शिक्षा में शामिल कर छात्रों के समग्र विकास को प्रोत्साहित किया जा सकता है तथा शिक्षक की भूमिका इस प्रक्रिया में कितनी महत्वपूर्ण है। आधुनिक शिक्षा में जहाँ तकनीकी ज्ञान और प्रतिस्पर्धा पर अधिक जोर दिया जाता है, वहीं आध्यात्मिक दृष्टिकोण सहयोग, सहानुभूति, नैतिकता और आत्म-जागरूकता को विकसित करता है। तुलनात्मक अध्ययन से यह स्पष्ट होता है कि यदि शिक्षक सकारात्मक, संवेदनशील और मूल्य-आधारित दृष्टिकोण अपनाते हैं, तो वे शिक्षा को केवल सूचना प्रदान करने की प्रक्रिया न बनाकर उसे जीवन निर्माण की प्रक्रिया में परिवर्तित कर सकते हैं। इस प्रकार आध्यात्मिकता और शिक्षक का दृष्टिकोण मिलकर शिक्षा को अधिक मानवीय, संतुलित और प्रभावी बना सकते हैं। अंततः यह निष्कर्ष निकलता है कि आधुनिक शिक्षा प्रणाली में आध्यात्मिक तत्वों का समावेश तथा शिक्षक का समर्पित और मूल्यपरक दृष्टिकोण, दोनों मिलकर विद्यार्थियों के बौद्धिक, भावनात्मक और नैतिक विकास में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान देते हैं।

FORMULATION AND EVALUATION OF POLYHERBAL HAIR GEL FOR HAIR GROWTH PROMOTION

Abstract

This study focuses on the formulation and evaluation of a polyherbal hair gel intended for promoting hair growth and reducing hair-related problems such as hair fall and dandruff. The formulation incorporates natural ingredients including neem leaves, curry leaves, and lemon juice, which are known for their antimicrobial, nourishing, and hair growth–enhancing properties. The gel was prepared using Carbopol 940 as a gelling agent along with excipients such as glycerin, EDTA, triethanolamine, and methyl paraben. Various formulations (F1–F4) were developed and evaluated for physicochemical parameters including pH, viscosity, homogeneity, spreadability, skin irritation, and stability. The results indicated that formulation F3 showed optimal characteristics with suitable pH, good viscosity, and excellent stability without causing skin irritation. The study concludes that the developed polyherbal hair gel is a safe, effective, and economical alternative to synthetic hair care products, offering potential benefits in hair growth promotion and scalp health.
