| Paper TitleSTUDY OF PARENTS CHILD RELATIONSHIP AND PARENTAL STRESS AS PREDICTOR OF SCHOOL READINESSAbstractThe home is a whole universe unto itself. In order to foster the child\'s overall growth and development, the family has specific obligations that must be met in order to meet the child\'s requirements. When it comes to his personal and social adjustment, the impact of his family goes a long way. The parents are responsible for providing their children with the fundamental care and development they need to thrive physically.
There are a lot of parents who don\'t quite get it when they hear that having a pleasant family life is really important for the mental health of their kids. The experience that the kid gets at home is where they will eventually acquire a sense of personal security, and the sensation that they are loved and accepted is an essential component of this sense of personal security. This sensation is very important for his emotional well-being as well as the ideal progression of his social life. Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of the bond between a parent and a kid, both parties exert an enormous amount of power over the other. There is always a highly charged emotional environment present, and this applies to both the kid and the parents.

| Paper TitleINDIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM - A STUDYAbstractThere has been expansion in the Indian educational system. The importance of education is being recognized by people from all walks of life, there has been an increase in the number of students enrolled in educational institutions, and teaching-learning strategies have improved. In a moving quote, Mahatma Gandhi states: What we do now has an impact on the future. India is on the verge of becoming one of the world\'s three largest economies and a developed nation. Over the next ten years, India will also have the highest proportion of young people in the world. In the next 15 years, 180 million young people will enter the workforce in India. Additionally, there are currently 400 million people without the necessary skills, which presents both an opportunity and a challenge. Therefore, the future of our nation will be determined by teaching for the future, ensuring that students not only learn, but also how to learn, and providing high-quality educational opportunities. THE PSYCHOLOGICAL PROSPECTIVE OF DISABLED
Rubina Chadha & Dr. Pritee Dixit

| Paper TitleTHE PSYCHOLOGICAL PROSPECTIVE OF DISABLEDAbstractMan was created by God, but he also created a number of other things, including gods of his own making. Because of his unique anatomical and functional specializations of neurons in the brain centers, on the evolutionary front, the skull size and his attitudes, he may construct and establish a feeling of universal oneness in the human society. Because human genomes are evolving at such an astounding rate, changes to the neurons in the brain and the network they make, as well as the genes that govern them, are inevitable. This leads to changes in all dimensions, from the most rich rulers to the most ignorant stupid. As a consequence of the human genome, only 2% to 3% of the population is mentally impaired, compared to the majority of the population. In addition to genetic errors, viral diseases, and epigenetic alterations on the chromosomes of the male and female gametes, this low proportion is a consequence of these circumstances. Approximately 2% of children in India have significant mental disability, whereas roughly 0.5 % have Severe Mental Retardation. KEYWORDS : Psychological Prospective, Human Society, Mental Retardation

| Paper TitlePHYSICAL AND PHYSIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF FEMALE VOLLEYBALL ATHLETES - AN ANALYSISAbstractThis article\'s major goal was to evaluate 31 research (n = 31 studies) on the physical characteristics, physiological characteristics, and on-court performances of female volleyball players. When developing yearly training plans for volleyball players, empirical and practical information derived from research on training-related concerns, such as body mass, fat-free mass, aerobic profile, strength, and agility and speed, should be combined and used. A lack of data on female volleyball players\' on-court performance and time-motion analysis is one of the research issues raised in the article. Another is the need for more experimental and manipulative studies to evaluate the impact of various training regimens on the physiological characteristics of female volleyball players. | Paper TitleSTUDY ON SEXUAL MISCONDUCT AND ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR IN SPORTSAbstractViolence against women is a global issue that affects, to varying degrees, all areas, nations, civilizations, and cultures. Regardless of their wealth, class, color, or ethnicity, it impacts women. The UN General Assembly\'s 1993 adoption of the Declaration on the Elimination of Violence Against Women and the 1995 Beijing Fourth World Conference on Women\'s Platform for Action are the most comprehensive international policy pronouncements on gender-based violence. Both texts describe gender-based violence as a type of discrimination that violates women\'s human rights and prevents them from reaching their full potential as people. Here, we may include the field of sport. The UN General Assembly include sexual abuse, sexual harassment, and intimidation at work and in educational institutions among the many types of violence that women experience.

AN OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE OF SPORTS AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN INDIAN SOCIETY
Jyoti Bala & Dr. Arun
Page 105-109
| Paper TitleAN OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE OF SPORTS AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN INDIAN SOCIETYAbstractEven though it has never gotten the attention it deserves, physical education and sports play an essential role in the educational system. Even though it has been a component of the curriculum from the very beginning of education, neither academics nor students nor educational administrators have ever taken it seriously. Only in physical education are you allowed to converse while playing or performing. The average public\'s conception of physical education is one of large circles, nonstop play, and no labor. In one of his speeches, Abraham Lincoln reportedly said, \"Sportsman is the best Ambassador of the Nation.\" As a result, the Director or Teacher of Physical Education may serve as our institution\'s or university\'s finest ambassador. To develop the overall discipline in physical education and sports, one must overcome challenges and fight to improve the structure and infrastructure status in the area, which is evident in the present compared to earlier years and the present. A REVIEW ON 'IDENTITY REDEFINING' IN THE NOVEL THE NAMESAKE BY JHUMPA LAHIRI
S. Ashok & Dr. Lokesh Singh
Page 110-116
| Paper TitleA REVIEW ON 'IDENTITY REDEFINING' IN THE NOVEL THE NAMESAKE BY JHUMPA LAHIRIAbstractThe Namesake by Jhumpa Lahiri goes beyond a common way of examining worker encounters to the extent that it explores South Asian Diaspora as an activity in intercontinental associations, shaping as well as changing the conception of American identity in the contemporary global era. In Lahiri\'s novel, South Asian immigrants and their American-born children bring traditions from their native countries, which they adapt in their new environments. As a result, they also acquire traditions from their new surroundings, which they adapt using emancipatory strategies to help them feel calmer. A person\'s daily existence in today\'s world makes it impossible to distinguish between tough realities of contemporary political life and hypothetical thought. The temperamental functions of stitching, which are produced within the discussions of records and culture, are one of the unique purposes of identifying that helps to establish identity. Identity construction in the book refers to the development of one\'s distinctive character for certain causes, such as new surroundings, conflicts, and new cultures. As a result, the current research, which is based on secondary sources of data, has been concentrated on the key themes and ideas of \"identity redefining\" in Jhumpa Lahiri\'s The Namesake.
