This article examines the implementation of the Right to Education Act .The first six years of a child’s life is critical to a child as well as a Country. It lays the foundation for lifelong learning and development. The early periods of life are a period of tremendous growth both in terms of expanding the horizons of development and also in deepening the development. A stimulating environment is a necessary condition for development. Health, nutrition and Education together constitute care and education. The objective of early childhood care and education is to ensure that children are provided with “a natural, joyful and stimulating environment, with emphasis on necessary inputs for optimal growth and development. It is also reflected in the Right to Education Act (2009) which states, “with view to prepare children above the age of three years for Elementary education and to provide early childhood care and education for all children until they complete the age of six years, the appropriate Government may make necessary arrangement for providing free pre-school Education for such children”. The RtE is of course applicable to children from 3 yrs of age and not earlier. The emphasis on Early Childhood Care and Education is reflected in several policies and programs of Action.

THE ROLE OF WOMEN POLITICAL PARTICTATION IN TELANGANA

Abstract

The paper empirically examined the relationship between education level and political participation of women. The indices of political participation include the following: membership of political party, voting in elections, occupation of political post, means of occupation of political post and level of occupation of political post. The results revealed that women of the South West region of Cameroon are fairly well exposed to formal education as only 4.1% of the sampled population had no formal education. The study revealed that the higher the level of women\'s formal education, the more their tendency to participate in politics in areas of voting in elections and occupation of political post either through elections or appointments at all levels of government. The study was guided by the following objectives; the first was to assess women’s political participation and decision making. Secondly, what the opportunities of women political participation the third objectives was to determine the level of opportunities women’s political participation and decision making. The researcher recommends that the government, civil society and women activists need to work towards sensitization and awareness creation among the community to realize the need of the Women to participate in politics and governance.

He dedicated his entire life to his nation and kept the promise he made as a child. He could have gotten any major job in politics after the merger, but he decided to serve the people. Swamiji, as the fortune tellers of Marathwada, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka, has their hearts full of respect and love. In these three provinces, he is known as \'Mahatma Gandhi’.

The study focuses on the BPO in India and examines international mobility and relationships among working women. The purpose of this study is to analyze the employment of women in the foreign trade system in Hyderabad, the center of the largest and largest foreign trade system in India. Although there are several problems, the study focused on the type of female participation in BPO as female participation has increased in recent years. According to Women\'s Safety 2013, NASSCOM and Nasscom 2017 conferences, the proportion of women in the BPO labor force increased by 14% between 2004 and 2017 due to diversity and inclusion. It is estimated that one-third of the IT business process in India’s overseas production is involved $ 143 billion for 4 women.

Abstract

In this paper provides the selectivity and diversification skills of public banks sponsored mutual fund managers of selected public banks sponsored mutual fund schemes over the period April 2009 to March 2020. This study focused on Risk and Return, Risk-return relationship of mutual fund schemes in relation to the benchmark portfolio is computed. The study also analyses the return and systematic risk associated with the selected open-ended equity mutual fund schemes with using Jensen’s alpha, Sharpe’s Differential Return, Fama’s decomposition technique, and Z Test. The purpose of this paper is to provide a summary of the results that are relevant for investors. The findings of the study would help policy makers, administrators, investors, customers and other officials in formulating better policies and their implementation.
