A RESEARCH ON SYNTHESIS AND FORMULATION OF HETEROCYCLIC ANALOGS TOWARDS POTENTIAL INHIBITORS IN NITROGEN AND SULPHUR COMPOUNDS

Abstract

The beta-amylase enzyme is the most effective treatment target for type 2 diabetes mellitus. In order to find new therapeutic agents that can act as -amylase inhibitors, the research that is presented in this dissertation focuses on the synthesis of nitrogen- and sulfur-containing heterocyclic compounds using an approach called molecular hybridization. These compounds have a variety of different moieties, such as thiazolidin-4-one, 2,4-thiazolidinediones, 1,3-thiazoles, and benzothiazoles clubbed pyrazole or ox All of the molecular hybrids were tested at a range of different concentrations against the -amylase produced by Aspergillus oryzae. The whole study is broken up into five parts, with the first one focusing on the structure and mechanism of action of beta-amylase.

A RESEARCH ON A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF CHARACTERIZATION OF STRONTIUM NANO FOR MICROWAVE APPLICATION

Abstract

\"There is lots of room down the bottom,\" Richard Feynman began a 1959 annual conference. He said that we can do miracles if we can control things at a lower level. It revolutionized material science and spurred serious research. Nanotechnology is vital for cutting-edge materials. Magnetism and magnetic materials underpin fast growing electronics engineering material technologies. Nanotechnology makes materials nanoscale. Nanoscale magnetic materials have superior electric and magnetic characteristics. This study examines how structural, morphological, electrical, magnetic, and microwave features affect doping ion concentration. This study examines how replacing Tb2+ ions for Sr2+ ions affects all of the properties. Terbium substituted strontium hexaferrite (TbxSr1-xFe12O19) nanoparticles were formed from chloride salts and 10 M NaOH (sodium hydroxide solution). These materials are ideally calcined at 8000C. JCPDS data showed that all strontium hexaferrite samples, pure and doped with terbium, exhibited hexagonal crystallite diameters of 49 to 85 nm. Terbium ions replaced pure SrM, changing magnetic properties (strontium hexaferrite). High Hc values of 5126 KOe for pure strontium hexaferrite and 5548–4496 KOe for terbium-doped ones demonstrate its harsh magnetic character. Dielectric characterisation pellets were made from powdered material. Dielectric constant, loss, and loss tangent were investigated. Terbium-doped strontium hexaferrite has a higher dielectric loss tangent than pure strontium. Green pellets were heated at 11000°C, 1200°C, and 13000°C for 30 minutes for higher frequency characterization. Three-dimensional growth and continual nucleation accelerate transformation during heat treatment. At ambient temperature, dielectric characteristics between 100 Hz and 1 MHz were assessed again. The dipole relaxation is inversely related to frequency because the cation state changes from Fe3+ to Fe2+. High-frequency dielectric loss reduction. Dielectric and microwave properties up to 6 GHz were studied. Samples showed nonlinear relative permittivity at specific frequencies. Microwave study showed a 4–21 dielectric constant variation. The material may shrink antennas after assessing all characterization methods. The thesis simulates two-antenna designs of pure and doped strontium nano hexaferrite with different dielectric constants.

REVIEW ON POWER QUALITY IMPROVEMENTS IN DG USING DSTATCOM AND DVR

Abstract

Power quality impacts equipment manufacturers, customers, and electricity suppliers in recent times. Power quality refers to variations in frequency, current, and voltage in a power system. The electromagnetic ion [EMI] phenomena that characterize current and voltage at a certain time and place in the power system. Manufacturing and process unit technology is used in so many industries today. A power supply device of higher quality and reliability is required for this technology. Power supply efficiency is highly sensitive to industries such as semiconductors, manufacturing, and computer equipment. There are many types of network disturbances associated with PQ, including voltage, harmonic distortion, impulse transients, sags and swells, interruptions, and flicker. More often than any other phenomenon of power quality, voltage swells and sags occur. Voltage sags/swells are the most unfavorable PQ issue in the power distribution system. This paper examines how power quality (PQ) occurs in distribution devices.

REVIEW OF PRE-MILLING FLEXIBLE FIXTURE AND OPTIMISATION TECHNIQUES

Abstract

Machining requires correct workpiece location and restriction. Fixtures secure the workpiece for reproducibility, uniformity, and accuracy. The Workpiece Fixture System (WFS) minimises workpiece elastic deformation to improve machining quality. Elastic deformation impacts workpiece shape and precision. The workpiece\'s elastic deformation prevented even the most exact machinery from tightening tolerances. Deformation prediction and optimisation require much study. Batch or large production WFSs involve workpiece and fixture setup for machining. Fixture layout design (FLD) involves strategically placing locators and clamps around a workpiece to optimise machining and reduce machining forces. The right FLD holds the workpiece against cutting forces, minimising elastic deformation. FLDs depend on proper locator and clamp placement. FLD optimisation in WFS is essential for highquality, low-cost machining.
