| Paper TitleAPPLICATION AND CHALLENGES TO POROUS ASPHALT PAVEMENT MANAGEMENTAbstractPorous asphalt pavements are an alternative technology that differs from traditional asphalt pavement designs in that the structure permits fluids to pass freely through it, reducing or controlling the amount of run-off from the surrounding area. By allowing precipitation and run-off to flow through the structure, this pavement type functions as an additional storm water management technique accounting for ground water recharge. The overall benefits of porous asphalt pavements may include both environmental and safety benefits including improved storm water management, improved skid resistance, reduction of spray to drivers and pedestrians, as well as a potential for noise reduction. The objectives of study were to obtain a porous asphalt mix design procedure for the achieved gradation recommended by National Centre for Asphalt Technology (NCAT) using the locally available aggregates, to determine the optimum binder content by adopting New Generation Open-Graded Friction Course (OGFC) design concept, to evaluate the performance of the mix in the laboratory in terms of Permeability, Moisture Susceptibility and Marshall Stability, and thereby develop tentative mix design guidelines for Porous Asphalt which has adequate permeability and durability that suits Indian climatic conditions. KEYWORDS : porous asphalt pavement, filtering, stormwater.

| Paper TitleA NOVEL INTEGRITY BASED MESH DATA ENCRYPTION AND DECRYPTION ALGORITHM FOR DYNAMIC WMNsAbstractWireless mesh networks (WMNs) play a vital role in the dynamic network topology and group data communication for large complex networks. Due to the increase in data size and mesh clients in the dynamic WMNs, it is difficult to secure the communication data against the attacks. Also, traditional encryption algorithms are independent of mesh client authentication and data security due to large data size and changes in mesh node properties. To overcome these problems in the dynamic WMNs, an integrated mesh node authentication and data security framework is developed. This model is efficient on the large WMNs and provides strong data security during the mesh client authentication process. In this framework, a novel integrity-based encryption algorithm is designed and implemented on the mesh client data for strong security. Experimental results illustrate that the proposed security model is efficient than the traditional models in terms of data encryption runtime(ms), data storage space, and integrity sensitivity.

| Paper TitleSTUDY ON PERFORMANCE OF GLASS FIBER REINFORCED GEOPOLYMERCONCRETE WITH COARSE AGGREGATES BY QUARRY DUST AND CERAMSITEAbstractDemand for concrete as construction material is on the increase and so is the production of cement. The production of one ton of cement liberates about one ton of CO2 toatmosphere. In order to address environmental effects associated with Portland cement, there is need to develop alternative binders to make concrete. Recent years have seen a great development in new types of inorganic cement binders called ‘‘geo- polymeric cement’’ This prompted its use in concrete, which improves the greenness of ordinary concrete. Efforts have been made to replace the cement based binder in the current fibre reinforced cement concrete with ‘‘geo-polymeric’’ binder resulting in Fiber Reinforced Geo-polymer Composites (FRGCs). The present work deals with study of fresh properties, strength and durability of fly ash based fiber reinforced geo-polymer concrete. | Paper TitleIMPLIMENTATION OF LOW POWER SHIFT REGISTER USING PULSED LATCHESAbstractShift register is the key element to translate the parallel data to serial form or vice versa in digital circuits. It is commonly used in many applications, such as digital filters communication receivers, and image processing ASIC’s. It can also a function as delay circuits and digital pulse extenders. In the existing system, the conventional N-bit unidirectional shift-register was proposed and it consists of N number of master-slave flip-flop with multiple 2-to-1 multiplexers. Also, the conventional clock signal methodology was promoted to transfer data from one stage to next stage. It occupies more silicon area and increases the power consumption of the shift register. To eradicate the above said difficulties a novel 256-bit bidirectional shift-register using BD-PLs is proposed. It simplifies the BD-PL structure by removing the contemporary signals (Qb, DR_b, and, DL_b) and also reduce the number of full swing clock signals applied to each stage. The modified method will reduce area and power consumption of the bidirectional shift register. The proposed method will be implemented using the XILINX Software technology. ENVIRONMENTAL BALANCE THROUGH WATER CONSERVATION TECHNIQUES
| Paper TitleENVIRONMENTAL BALANCE THROUGH WATER CONSERVATION TECHNIQUESAbstractWhen running your dishwasher or washing machine, make sure you fully load each cycle. Running full cycles helps conserve water because these appliances will fill to a certain level and having more dishes or clothes reduces the amount of water needed for each cycle. This ensures that you get the most energy-saving and water-saving use from each run of your appliances. Here’s a video on how to save water by packing your dishwasher efficiently: One of the best water conservation tips out there, with possibly the largest impact, is a simple one: Take showers instead of baths. Baths may be relaxing and enjoyable, but it takes more than 78 gallons of water to fill a tub. Showers are a more water efficient way to bathe. Here are more tips on saving water from taking a shower. KEYWORDS :

| Paper TitleTOOL GEOMETRY EFFECTS ON ALUMINIUM WELDS IN FSW PROCESS-REVIEWAbstractFriction stir welding (FSW) is a novel technique used to join similar alloys. Aluminium alloys of AA6065 are reviewed and presented in this paper. In FSW welding process, heat is generated during the process and workpieces are joined without melting the aluminium alloys. The tool moves along the soften surface for joining aluminium alloys. Tool materials, tool geometry, welding speed, rotational speed, axial forces are examined and the effects on welding surfaces after welding process has been analysed. Friction stir welding can be widely used in aviation, marine and vehicle body construction industries because of its mechanical properties where fusion welding process revealed deformities on the welding materials to be joined. In this review article, the recent research of friction stir joining of aluminium alloys and its applications in various industries are explicated, including the quality of weld of aluminium alloys, the evaluation on microstructure in weld nuggets, and tool wear. The conclusion of this review is unequivocally recommended that aluminium alloys are suggested for future research with numerous industrial applications.
